By accessing the Corlin Group, LLC website, using Corlin Group digital services, or downloading, installing, accessing, or using Trueframe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, services, or app.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website, services, or app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Use of Our Services

Corlin Group, LLC provides digital operations services and consumer software products. You may use our website, services, and app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, App Store rules, and any platform terms that apply to your device or account.

You are responsible for your own device, internet access, app settings, account credentials, and use of the services.

Trueframe App Use

Trueframe is a free consumer photo styling and image enhancement app for iPhone. Trueframe may include photo filters, realistic image styling, creator-friendly editing tools, color analysis features, editorial looks, and cinematic color treatment tools.

Trueframe is designed for creative and informational use. Color analysis, styling suggestions, filter previews, and image treatment results may vary based on lighting, image quality, device settings, photo composition, and user choices. You are responsible for reviewing any output before saving, sharing, publishing, or relying on it.

License to Use Trueframe

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Corlin Group, LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Trueframe on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's applicable usage rules and the App Store terms.

You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, modify, or create derivative works based on Trueframe, except where applicable law expressly allows such activity.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download Trueframe through the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Trueframe or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Trueframe. Corlin Group, LLC is responsible for app support as described on this website.

Trueframe is currently offered as a free app. Downloads and app availability through the App Store are handled through Apple and your Apple account. Your use of Trueframe must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and any App Store rules that apply to your region.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to your use of Trueframe distributed through the App Store and may enforce those app-related terms against you where applicable.

Free App; No In-App Purchases

Trueframe is offered as a free app. Trueframe does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, paid trials, auto-renewable subscriptions, or paid account upgrades.

Users are not required to make any purchase to access the app features described on this website.

Refunds

Because Trueframe is offered as a free app with no in-app purchases or subscriptions, there are no Trueframe app charges from Corlin Group, LLC to refund.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos, images, edits, and other content that you import into, process with, create using, or export from Trueframe. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, save, publish, or share any content with the app.

By using Trueframe with your content, you grant Corlin Group, LLC the limited permission needed to operate app features you choose to use, such as displaying, processing, editing, analyzing, saving, or exporting images within the app experience. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Corlin Group, LLC.

Privacy and Data

Use of the website, services, and Trueframe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Corlin Group, LLC handles information, photos and image processing, app analytics, data storage, third-party services, children's privacy, deletion requests, and privacy contact requests.

For help with Trueframe or Corlin Group digital services, contact support@corlingroup.io. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Corlin Group, LLC may provide app updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, or feature changes from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the app or compatibility with current operating systems.

Third-Party Services

Trueframe and the Corlin Group website may rely on third-party services, platforms, operating systems, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, or payment processors. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Corlin Group, LLC is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Intellectual Property

The website, Trueframe app, software, interfaces, features, design, brand materials, text, graphics, logos, and related content are owned by Corlin Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may not use Corlin Group, LLC or Trueframe names, marks, branding, screenshots, app assets, or website content in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that Corlin Group, LLC may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. You should not send confidential information as feedback.

Prohibited Uses

Trueframe does not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, professional, or aesthetic result. Photo filters, styling tools, color analysis, and image enhancement features are tools for user-directed creative editing and may not be accurate or suitable for every image, device, environment, or purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corlin Group, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, image loss, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the website, services, or app.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corlin Group, LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the website, services, or app will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corlin Group, LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, services, or app; your violation of these terms; your violation of law; or content you import, edit, save, publish, or share using the services.

Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived by contract.
