This Privacy Policy applies to the Corlin Group, LLC website, Corlin Group digital services, and Trueframe, a free iPhone app for photo filters, color analysis, and image styling.

Photos and Image Processing

Trueframe is designed to help users edit, style, and review photos. Photo access is used only to provide app features selected by the user, such as importing a photo, applying filters, reviewing color information, generating a styled result, saving an edited image, or exporting a finished image.

Users control which photos they choose to open or edit in Trueframe through iOS photo permissions and app controls. Trueframe does not claim ownership of photos or edited images. Trueframe does not sell personal information.

Color Analysis

Trueframe may include color analysis features that review aspects of a selected image, such as dominant tones, color balance, contrast, and visual harmony. These features are provided to help users make creative editing decisions.

Color analysis results are informational and may vary based on lighting, image quality, camera settings, screen settings, and user choices.

Camera and Photo Library Permissions

Trueframe may request access to the photo library or related device permissions when needed for app features. Users can manage these permissions through iOS settings.

If photo access is denied or limited, some Trueframe features may not function until permission is granted or a photo is selected through an available iOS picker or app workflow.

App Analytics and Diagnostics

Trueframe may use limited analytics and diagnostics to understand app performance, crashes, feature usage, and general product quality. This information helps us maintain app stability, fix bugs, improve workflows, and support future updates.

Analytics are not used to sell personal information. We do not use analytics to identify users for advertising profiles.

Free App; No Purchases or Subscriptions

Trueframe is offered as a free app and does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, paid trials, auto-renewable subscriptions, or paid account upgrades. Corlin Group, LLC does not collect payment card details for Trueframe.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app and website functionality, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, maintain security, communicate with users who contact us, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use user photos for third-party advertising.

Children's Privacy

Your Choices

You can choose not to contact us, limit the information you provide, manage app permissions through iOS settings, delete photos or edited images from your device, and uninstall Trueframe at any time.

You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that Corlin Group, LLC controls, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.

Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information by contacting us at privacy@corlingroup.io. We will review requests and respond according to applicable law and operational requirements.

If a request relates to information processed by Apple or another third-party service, you may also need to contact that third party directly or use the controls provided by that platform.

International Users

Corlin Group, LLC is based in the United States. If you use our website, services, or app from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
